We’ve spent years perfecting our simple yet high-quality breakfast to best reflect the warm and unique atmosphere of our accommodation. We’ve gathered simple ingredients and our best recipes, creating an experience that continues to earn praise from our guests year after year.

Since our accommodation is far removed from the world of hotel chains or boutique hotels, we do not offer traditional hotel breakfast items. Instead, we serve slowly simmered organic porridge from a local mill, flavored with spelt, rye, and oats, fresh juice pressed from apples in our own garden, and 30-year-old recipe rye bread rolls, along with other homemade treats. We are committed to sustainability, so we offer just one type of deli meats and cheeses to minimize waste.
